Cancellation Policy

At Maidenhead Podiatry & Chiropractic Clinic, we are committed to giving our patients the best customer care possible.

When an appointment is made, a contract is entered into between Maidenhead Podiatry Ltd and the person booking the appointment.

By the time an appointment has been missed it is too late to offer it to someone on our cancellation list and it affects the service we offer our other customers.

Therefore, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation so that the appointment can be re-allocated.

Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged in full.

By making an appointment you are agreeing to be bound by this Policy.
