Jeremy Ousey  is an HCPC registered podiatrist who has spent the last few years working alongside consultant podiatric surgeons in their private and NHS clinics, as well as with specialist musculoskeletal podiatrists.

Alongside looking after patients’ routine needs, he particularly enjoys working out the biomechanical or musculoskeletal causes of patients’ foot pain. Using a combination of a thorough medical history, couch and standing assessment, as well as gait analysis, he looks to come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan to suit each patient’s individual needs and lifestyles; which may include a course of joint mobilisations, rehabilitation and temporary or permanent orthotics, as well as potential onward referrals for imaging, blood tests and therapeutic injections. He also offers nail surgery and verruca needling, and has strong working relationships with local NHS and private podiatric surgeons, should a surgical opinion be required.

Outside of his work, he is undertaking M-level studies in Podiatric Sports Medicine, attends lots of conferences and skills workshops and attempts to make the time to go out to modern jive and west coast swing dance classes!
